The cost of guessing

Pour Friday cancelled because the rebar didn't show. Crew stood down for half a day. Sub claims they confirmed the delivery; super remembers a different conversation.

Auto-flagging slipped deliveries

If a sub updates their delivery commitment, Forward auto-flags the change to the GC PM + the field foreman whose work depends on it. The flag captures the original commit + the new date + the reason given.

This is upstream from the sub-coordination workflow at /use-cases/sub-coordination: material-tracking creates the commitments that sub-coordination then enforces.
