What does Forward actually do?
Forward is a phone number your construction field crew texts. The bot reads from your project's Procore + Autodesk Construction Cloud + OneDrive and replies with cited answers in seconds. RFIs, drawings, submittals, change orders, daily logs, code calcs, photo identification. Writes (RFI drafts, observations, punch items) route through a PM approval queue.
What does Forward cost?
Pricing starts per phone-line, not per user-seat. Pilot tier is $100/month per active project (one line, one project). Standard / Pro / Enterprise tiers available at scale. Field-user enrollment is unlimited in every tier.
How do field workers enroll?
PM invites the field user's phone number from the Forward dashboard. The field user texts the project number; Forward sends a one-time PIN to verify the phone. After verification, the field user texts Forward normally — no app, no login, no follow-up authentication.
What data does Forward see?
Whatever your Procore / Autodesk / OneDrive OAuth grant exposes. Forward queries live (no local copy of your project data). You can revoke the OAuth grant in your connected system at any time and Forward's access terminates immediately.
Can Forward write back to Procore / Autodesk?
Yes, but only through the PM approval queue. Field-user texts that would write data (RFI drafts, observations, punch items, daily-log entries, inspection requests, safety incidents) create a draft that lands in your dashboard. PM approves, edits, or rejects. Approved drafts post via the connected system's API.
Is Forward SOC 2 certified?
Pre-SOC 2 today. Type 1 attestation target is month 6; Type 2 is month 12. Subprocessors are SOC 2–attested (Anthropic, Render, Vercel, WorkOS). See /security for the full current posture.
What if my GC uses CMiC / e-Builder / Sage 300 instead of Procore?
Native integrations today: Procore + Autodesk Construction Cloud + OneDrive / SharePoint. Other PM-stack integrations (CMiC, e-Builder, Sage 300, etc.) are on the roadmap behind first-customer demand. Drop your email at /early-access with the integration request and we'll prioritize.
Can I try Forward without signing up?

How long does setup take on my real project?
About 30 minutes of OAuth on your end + a 30-minute scoping call. Procore + Autodesk + OneDrive can be wired in parallel. Field-user enrollment is a per-user 30-second invite from the dashboard.
