The inspector's day
A commercial / municipal inspector covers multiple projects per day. The information they need on each site visit is identical in shape, different in detail:

- Who's the responsible PM for follow-up?

The audit chain
Every inspector text + Forward reply is logged with the inspector's phone, verbatim text, cited source, timestamp. That log lives on the GC's side; the inspector doesn't carry the audit trail. Useful when an inspection result is later disputed and someone needs to show what the inspector knew when.
